What we do<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

VCAAH is here to work collaboratively<\/strong> with allied health clinicians, managers, educators, researchers and organisations to strengthen the workforce and support system-wide improvements. Our mission? To deliver strategic, evidence-informed solutions that empower clinicians and improve systems.

In our first phase, we\u2019ll partner with the state and the allied health community to:

\u2022 Pilot a workload management tool<\/strong> for allied health
\u2022 Provide input into classification amendments<\/strong> for key rolesSupport the development and review of clinical classifications<\/strong>
\u2022 <\/strong>Assist employers to implement clinical supervision structures<\/strong>
\u2022 <\/strong>Support the growth of allied health research culture and capability <\/strong>across the state<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n
